Born and raised in Pine Bluff, Chris Lowery has dedicated his life to service, leadership, and community. A 1992 graduate of White Hall High School, Chris went on to serve 11 years in the Active Duty U.S. Air Force and has continued his military service as a First Sergeant with the Arkansas Air National Guard’s 189th Airlift Wing.

Alongside his wife of more than 25 years, Kathy, Chris is a proud parent of five and grandparent of ten. Together, they also run a small business in Jefferson County that supports local jobs and community growth.

With over two decades in law enforcement, Chris currently serves as a canine officer and holds the highest law enforcement certification in Arkansas. Backed by a degree in criminal justice, his career reflects his dedication to public safety and mentorship.
